Alvaro Castagnet
Alvaro was born in Montevideo in Uruguay and migrated to Australia in 1983. He has won numerous painting awards, travels extensively, is a member of several art societies and was elected a member of the American Watercolour Society in 2007. He is a successful author, holds highly popular workshops and his works are collected worldwide. He now lives in Uruguay. His latest book 'Introducing the 4 Pillars of Watercolour' has been released to critical acclaim. Alvaro specialises in watercolour painting and is one of our most popular artists.
