Fred Cuming R.A. trained at the Royal College of Art and in 1955 was awarded an Abbey Minor Travel Prize and visited Italy. He was elected an associate member of the Royal Academy in 1969 and a full member in 1974. He has exhibited widely in the UK and overseas and has paintings in collections throughout the world.
